3 Empowering TV Shows | Victoria Jiju

As an individual, I am very much someone who thrives on good energies. These good energies I speak of come from a multitude of life events. Sometimes it's the people around us, the books we read, the food we eat, and often it's the tv and media we consume.  Over the past few months, I have found 3 new shows which I found to be empowering and inspiring. After watching these shows retrospectively I felt somewhat of that Bad Ass energy. It made me want to go out and crush my career, live with confidence, and love life.I thought if I feel like this everyone else should to, so I thought I would share these with you all;

Based on the 2005 novel Younger by Pamela Redmond Satran the tv show focuses on Liza Miller (Sutton Foster) a forty-year-old divorcee who finds she has manage her life, new career and love life after faking her identity as younger women to get her job in the publishing industry. Her forty-year-old life and 26-year-old life continue to cross causing a fabulous explosion of drama and comedy.

Sutton Foster . Hillary Duff . Debbie Mazar . Miriam Shor. Nico Tortorella . Peter Hermann . Molly Bernard . Charles Michael . Charles Michael Davis

What's inspiring?
With Liza able to tear through the publishing industry whilst juggling her New York lifestyle and her 40 year-old-life there nothing more inspiring than her go-getter attitude. The fashion, the scenery the love and the fabulous New York loft nothing makes you want to excel in your career more than when you see someone else nailing everything thrown at them.
